Yes... if you run the engine while the car is parked.
Once the car begins moving the temp in the bay is greatly reduced.
Mightycarmods runs a youtube channel where they attack different car myths. They measure the gains from a stock intake to a POD intake (thats what you have posted above) to a cold air intake. They showed the gains were VERY VERY minimal even going from a stock intake to a CAI and their CAI was directly attached to a shop fan. They then measured the temp of the bay while moving with a POD intake and found the temp when moving is near the same as the CAI while attached to a shop fan.
So no, once the car is moving the short ram is sucking just about as cool air as a CAI would.

^that video explains you need a 10% HP increase before you will feel any of it.
^that video explains that with a externally mounted CAI with a large shop fan blowing on it will only net you about 1% increase. Not even 1/5th the increase needed to actually feel it.
Long story short, CAI doesnt do much of anything to your car. You are better off spending half as much on a SRI and even better off leaving it stock and saving the money.

Honestly the spring wont lower the car too much so your stock springs wont be too bad. Id rock them until you are annoyed by their quality. Once that happens I would tell you to pair those teins with Koni yellows or tokico illuminas. Those were the cream of the crop in my integra days.
Just dont put the tein stickers on the windows. I know it is tempting. If anything, find a random location you can sticker bomb that is out of eye sight. Like under the bay on the ECU cover or some random plastic piece.

It's not a huge difference in price. It's about $30 difference per shock (tokico to koni)and you get lifetime warranty, dampening and rebound adjustment and there is a small perch adjustment for height. Worth it IMO.
