rear is too low imo. lower down the front or raise the rear up.

Looks like you photoshopped the roadlamps out too. Looks good.

I would drop the front some more and then get some '03 headlights and black wheels. It would complete the black and silver theme.

I dont think the rear is photoshopeed..... i think he's just talking about blacking out the fogs
