well lets just say i read only the 1st page.....and they were asking for the after picture not knowing that the CL comes with huge wheel gap and the drop you had was pretty good....hence I said "whatever floats your boat"....

All of the wheel choices you've made are very busy, making the wheels look small.

The simpler the wheel, the bigger it will look.

My 18's looked like 19's on the Comptech drop.

 

Wow that's a NICE CL bro. Blacking out the window surrounds goes a looong way ti improving the look. I did 18's (Bronze Volk SE37A's) on my previous CL-S6 on H&R springs. But i notice rims with a polished lip tend to look an inch smaller than their true size.

 

Thats why i bought 17s without a lip! i bought the car with new tires so i decided didnt want to buy 18s and have to get new tires . That is a nice CL though, too bad my front tints had to come off

 

and just got these i was bored on ebay lol. Dont mind the dirt its winter!

 

lol! I have those black valve stem caps too, except mine just have the "A" logo on them.


Also, those sparco pedals look badass, I don't like how they have to be drilled in though

Only the gas pedal is drilled through cuz the pedal rubber doesnt come off They look much better clean ill post pictures some other time

hey simon, im from chicago too and i have some black 18s i had on my car, they r really nice just dont match my silver cl, i know u will love them, i will try and get some picks for you. i am slammed, and with those wheels didn't rub. they r 18x7.5 i don't know the offset but they have a good stance. any interest?

 

thats how low i ride in chicago, i get around but it is a bit uncomfortable, only in summer

and the back is still a little lower.

Bro what is in your trunk? A body? I hate when th back is lower than the front. A little "ass high" Is the best look and helps you car not look like you have a full load when you do. Im not feeling the wheels either but maybe on a clean car I'm not sure. One thing is certain and 2 things sure (as my Grand Mother would say). Those wheels won't be curb friendly.

 

Ha, its not that. They changed the sign near my house, now it says no turn on red and i didnt see it.

 

Might be the angle of the picture, if you look at the other pics i have the drop looks pretty even. And in 3.5 years of driving , i havent touched a curb with any car I've driven so far, so im not worried at all.

 

Does anyone know if this will be cheaper to fix or replace the bumper? Also, if anyone is selling a NBP 03 bumper let me know!!!

non of them come painted. try ebay. sometimes u can get them for like 80 plus shipping. and in ur color

 

only found a silver one =[. Do you know around how much painting it would cost?

 

pearl is gonna be more expensive then say, san marino red or ssm. so im not sure about the price. but buying a new bumper that already primed will be cheaper to paint than one that is painted a diff color and might have some scratches or nicks.
