Ny allows 8 i believe. I wanna get something like "1STGENCL" or "CL FTMFW". My friend with an RDX has "TUR8O" lol. My boy was thinking of getting "IEATTHOZ" as in "i eat those" which means he'll "eat" your car in a race. I told him i thought it was more indicative of saying he was fat lol.

i dont think that attracts attention, its not something catchy, just a statement of what the car is. I've seen a cobra w/the license plate "wave bye" haha. And a bubble hatch civic w/ "V8 EATR" and another one that said "NO JOKE".
