You know... I was getting ready to start a similar thread. I guess great minds think alike. I was just wondering if the underbody kit for the TL can be modified to fit the CL flush and how hard is it to do it? I ain't feelin' that sema kit... Good Topic?

if that doesnt work than go to Car Talk and look for a post by me, AcurajL. It shows the body kit and my stereo. It takes lots of work and money...do a search for CharlesNguyen or PM him...he created an instructional briefing, and he is the true OG pioneer.

I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS INVOLVED IN MAKING THE KIT FIT ALSO, I WOULD LIKE TO TRY IT MYSELF BUT HAVE HAD NO LUCK WITH THE SEARCH EXCEPT FOR FINISHED PICTURES. IF ANY ONE HAS HOW-TO INSTRUCTIONS THEY WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL.EVEN WHAT MATERIALS WERE USED TO BOND THE KIT BACK TOGETHER AFTER ITS CUT UP WOULD HELP.

 

Dat shit is DOPE!!! I wish those assholes at Acura had just made one for our car. MORONS!! If any one finds a place that will modify the kit for us- even if it's by mail order, Let Me Know!!

1st. if you want something you can wait for someone to hand it to you
2nd. have you tried to pm Charles Nguyen?
3rd Have you tried to e-mail him?
4th When you do a search, do you search under his name and go way back and start from the beginning?
5th THE INFO IS THERE! I USED IT, I READ IT AND I DID IT.

I found Charles write up, used it and got what I wanted.

Except for I skip the part about cutting the kit..

Yeah, I just got it installed this last weekend.. and the wheather sucks here in NW.. As soon as the sun can stay out long enought for me to wash my car, I will take some pictures.
