lots of masking. take your time, patience is required!!! search for chikai's thread and he has pictures of how he masked it

I think I'll just make a mesh grill for the front like in the pic above, that should be easier. Patience is not one of my strong points.

Please if anyone does this mod, make sure you get paint that MATCHES the silver on your car. I can seriously tell in that pic the silver does not match at all. IMHO, do this, and don't ruin a 30k car.

it's actually not that hard to match silver paint. It's the clear coat that's tough. I did about 4 layers of the clear coast after 3 layers of paint.

Look at the strips to the inside of the roadlamps, that's what he painted. They're normally black.
