need help fast

ok guys im kinda new here

i cleared out my friends headlights on his cl-s and painted the housing black its phat

but the thing is ..that just one of the headlights keep foging up bad

i opened and resealed it once i mean its stil doing it.. WTF

this is the 1st time this has ever happened to me..

i cleared many accords out but shit this is the 1st time this has ever happened to me

i used that clear silicon from home depot kalled GE bathroom\tile

its something like that i used that for all the headlights i have cleared ..

sumone help me out.. i need to reseal that headlight with some heavy duty silicon..

someone tell me what can i use. i need something really really heavy to seal his shit up good

ight ill post pix when i get a chance. but i really need someones help on this...i made him a grill that makes his whole front loooked chromed out and the headlights are bad ass..

but someone help me out on this i really needa find some really good silicon to reseal his shit...

i already did it once.and im tired of doing it

thats pretty good shit dude... i use Silicone II window/door... but same thing.

i have some other stuff thats pretty heavy duty... dunno the name tho and doubt you could find it in stores.

as for the fogging. are you sure its the headlight seal? if the bulbs arent screwed in properly moisture can get in...

or perhaps (likely) since your in a high moisture area... your sealing too much moisture in the lights from the humidity in the air?

may just wanna let them air out in a dry place or something.

but yes... if theres moisture in the housing before you seal it up (seal the housing and put bulbs back) whenever its exposed to heat or light it could condense and turn to fog.


thats my best guess at least.

same shit happens to me, cleared my headlights, they leaked like fuck, so re-sealed them again, still fogging, i did it 4 times already and they still fog so i said fuck it i dont feel like dealing with this headache anymore. I've done everything but i dunno

well what im gona do now is..

im gona use the caulk im gona open the headlights and put silicon on the back pieceim gona put it inside the grooves..

and then press them hoez together for a few minutes then in that fuckn oven they go...

after that i press it together even more

and load that mother fucker up with a shit load of silicon and cut off excess

i just hope it works...

its either caulk or rubber cement...

i have never have this god damn shit happen to me on any car i have done but this one...
