as for the fogging. are you sure its the headlight seal? if the bulbs arent screwed in properly moisture can get in...
or perhaps (likely) since your in a high moisture area... your sealing too much moisture in the lights from the humidity in the air?
may just wanna let them air out in a dry place or something.
but yes... if theres moisture in the housing before you seal it up (seal the housing and put bulbs back) whenever its exposed to heat or light it could condense and turn to fog.
thats my best guess at least.

same shit happens to me, cleared my headlights, they leaked like fuck, so re-sealed them again, still fogging, i did it 4 times already and they still fog so i said fuck it i dont feel like dealing with this headache anymore. I've done everything but i dunno
well what im gona do now is..
im gona use the caulk im gona open the headlights and put silicon on the back pieceim gona put it inside the grooves..
and then press them hoez together for a few minutes then in that fuckn oven they go...
after that i press it together even more
and load that mother fucker up with a shit load of silicon and cut off excess
i just hope it works...
its either caulk or rubber cement...
i have never have this god damn shit happen to me on any car i have done but this one...
wish me luck
