if u were gonna lower it as much as mine is and just keep it on coils the proper way would be to buy a nice set of adjustible coilovers.. but since im putting my car on hydraulics there would be no point in spending that kind of money for something i would only use for a few months.. but it depends how much you cut.. i wouldent say its bad for the car if u cut it to where the car still has a fair amount of downtravel and you trim the bumpstops a bit.. as far a performance wise if thats what your going for then coils or coilovers would be th thing to do..

if i cut them so that i could have atleast 1.75 drop in the front and 1.5 in the rear, would it be really bumpy and ok forn the car, it wouldnt damage anything else in the suspension or axle, rods etc? thanks
how much would it cost to cut them anyways?

If you were smart, you would KNOW that cutting springs is unsafe.

I was always wondering why air ride/hydraulics switch boxes have to look so god awful. I've never seen a "subtle" box for them.

One positive, I will say your's is the closest to "subtle" i've seen. I would see if I could get it painted some kind of matte black to go with the console, so it won't stand out as much.

There, that was nice. A little on edge from exams.

actuallu bs asie, i can honestly say his car rides pretty damn good. been in it several times and it rides better than some other peoples' cars who are dropped on coilovers or springs.

after being on this forum for just a few months all i can say is do what you want to do to YOUR car.... dont even ask if it looks good or what we think.... most of the time if its something out of the ordinary you will get bad feedback.

IMO i love LOW the lower the better to me... if i had another car for my daily driver id want my cl bagged to the floor on the biggest rim possible. i love the way a car looks with tucked rims. 4pumpedcl's ride is one of the sickest ive ever seen on this site.

so do what you want then post pics so it doesnt hinder your decision to do the mod.
