Not sure what lip you mean but there was the RonJon kit which is discontinued and some moulded the 2nd gen TL aspec kit to the CL. It requires some body work to fit.

 

and then you can buy STi lips off ebay and cut them to fit.
you can also buy splitters which constitutes as lips.

there's just so much stuff you can either buy or add on.
you just need to know what kind of look you are going for
