If you have photoshop or any other digital photo editing software you can just change the image size. make it less than 620x620 it should post okay. make sure you save it as a copy, that way you can keep the larger photo for your self!

But when i do that...my pictures become hella hella small..much smaller compared to pix that all other people post in this forum...is tehdre like too much detail on the pictures because the digital camera was really really good.
