anybody had this problem with their headlghts? one headlight a dim pinkish color and the other headlight working properly.

ive seen a tl on the road with the same problem. the service dept. has replaced parts twice but problem persists. when i first turn the lights on they both glow properly, but shortly thereafter the one dims to the pinkish color.
does anyone have answers to fix this problem. my service manager has contacted home office but no fix as of yet.

I didnt have the same problem one was out completely and the high beems were on dim even tho they were off. They changed the HID headlight inverter I think the part # is 712121 (not sure)

My headlight is out too. But it was like a purple color before it went out. I just called the dealer and they say I just need to swap the bulb. They want $150 for a bulb. Anyone know where I can get one cheaper or maybe something better since I have to change it anyways.

 

I was under the impression that these bulbs should last a long time...how old is you car?
