I just picked up my anthracite CL-S 6spd about a month ago. I really like the cleared turn signals on your front lights. I tried searching out how to do that but couldn't find anything. Is that a homemade project or did you buy new headlight housing?

it's a homemade deal. you put the lights in the oven to heat up the sealant around the edge. then you just pry them open and remove the orange reflector. then you can reseal them with windshield sealant or similar. might be a DIY floating around here somewhere. search in the 2nd gen forum.

I did the job of removing the diffusers (didnt realize that diffusers were the lens). I am not too pleased with the job I did becuase I could have cleaned out more of the sealant before I resealed it. This is important because then it doesnt quite sit flush with the body of the car.
