hey
the grill was easy. lift up the hood and theres i think 6 10mm bolts to take out. then the whole assembly comes out. then flip the grill over and theres i think 8 small screws to take out to get the wing part off. then sand down and use dull black spray paint. when i did the headlights i used high temp gloss black spray paint which is good up to 500 degrees. the high temp paint is called engine enamal but you can use for headlights. i got it at autozone. i took my car through the carwash today and no leaks in the headlights!

Cool, I might do the grill since that isn't a $380 mistake if I screw up, I've taken it appart many times, so luckily that part is easy. What grit of sandpaper did you use?
