I started on TL lip kit project on sunday. I started on front. not done yet though. I can't wait till i finish all front,side and rear.

its not that im slammed... im still on springs shocks combo but i simply cant go anylower its my driveway and im not going to keep my car on the street - no way. i wish i could lower the car more... but i have to figure it out how to get to the garage im scarping already...

looks good! make sure you epoxy in some strips of leftover plastic to fill the gaps. The filler needs something stong behind it.

I finally finished(epoxy) side and rear last weekend! now i have to fill the gaps and smooth out then paint. I love my car even more!! sorry for phone pics.

No mine doesn't. Its weird. I noticed muffler tips are stick in on every cl that got TL lip kit. Mine is flush with tl lip. I'm glad i don't have to modify them, but i had to lower mufflers down little bit. Cause my tl lip was melted little bit. Other than that its good.

But then again, if you look at ALL the CL's we see I still think it's somewhat rare. There are still not all that many that have the full 99-01 TL kit done. I still have yet to see one in person

 

oh yea i mean on here. in person i never really see any modded cl's other than the big chrome rims on them.

 

Trust me im working on it i need to start a thread too, but i just can't stop modding the TL. Working on some new headlights for it now. Quad projectors FTW!

Thanks man! I'll be happy if i can help you out. You have to know this. This is not like 1 or 2days job. I was little pissed cause it takes a lot longer than i expect. and pretty much a lot of work. I still have to fill those gaps and smooth them out. before that, i have to fix rear lip. cause i made mistake... My cl is DD. so I have to do little by little. I wish i have a week free time.

I think i'm the first one TL kit done in MD. I think...
