I think he's referring to the lower left hand corner of the bumper in that picture. gto2050 said in another post that the "damaged" part of the bumper is actually just water that wiped away the dirt making it appear to be damaged, but really its really just clean and shiny (the only part of the car that is).
I was fooled the last time i saw this pic.
