51858 was designed for the 98-02 Accord and 99-01 TL. Apparently the 02-03 TL weighed more for some reason which resulted in an uneven drop for some folks. The 50103 was designed to compensate for that. Not sure how that would effect the CL.

I bought these springs off the black market and i installed them myself. I borrowed tools from my friend and rented an air compressor from Home Depot( $30 for 24hours) and installed them myself. I have to get new shocks and sway bar links to really feel the true ride. I'm getting a rattle noise form the rear. For the most part it handles good and makes the cl more fun to drive. I don't have any rubbing issues. Wheel size: 17x8 with 45mm offset. 235/45/17.

How is the ride comfort with the H-Techs? I may go with them instead of the H&R's. Your drop looks perfect to me, and paired up with Bilstein HD's I could only imagine how good it will handle/ride!!!

When I originally installed them along with the Tokico HP's I noticed the ride was noticeably stiffer than stock, but that probably had more to do with the struts. When I switched to the GR2's, the ride was about the same as stock, maybe a little stiffer (as far as I could remember). I didn't want anything too stiff since our boats are prone to rattling anyways. All in all, the ride is very comfy - the H Techs are only a few lbs stiffer than OEM.

Those H&R's look nice! FYI, I'm running a 225/45/18 tire which is about 1/2" taller than OEM diameter. If you go with something closer to OEM diameter or smaller (i.e. 225/40/18 or 235/40/18) you may have a slightly bigger wheel gap than mine. You can't go wrong with either IMO, and definitely get some Bilstein HD's or Sports...can't beat their quality.

I think I'm gunna wrap the Advans in 225/45/18. I want that "low profile" look without having a beefy looking tire taking away from the rims. Ya know. . .Although RonDog's setup on his CL with those 18'' Legends looks sweet. I think they're 225/40/18. Do correct me if I'm wrong. . .

Ok, I'm finally about to order these damn things, But I have one last question. Should I go 18x8 or 18x7.5?? What's the difference, and Will it matter all that much with fitment and everything??
Thanks!!~

You guys think they'll look good? I'm starting to have second thoughts on gettin em since they might not look good on our cars. I love the design, but I don't know how good a thin spoked rim will look on our big cars. I plan on dropping i first so I'm not worried about that aspect of how its gunna look, just that maybe theyre a little too thin for our cars. I'm plan to buy rims within the next week, and if I do end up going with the volks its gunna take like 3 months to make and ship them overseas, so I dnt know if I'm willing to wait that long. . .Ya know. Please shed some light and give me some help/advice on what to do before I go insane!!!!

Well, I decided to say screw it with the expensive wheels and go with some RonJon Servos. They're nice, they're 5-spoke, and they're muchh cheaper than all the other rims I was looking at. Plus I figured spending 1k on the wheels, 5-600 on tires, I'll have about 2k leftover to do suspension and/or brakes!!! I'm happy I finally came to my senses on this whole ordeal. lol Anyway, I'll post some pics of how they look after the holidays so you all can see the "Almost" finished project!!! =P

Yepp, gunna go with 225/40/18 Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R's!!! And as for the other question regarding suspension, I am going to drop it before I put the rims on. I'm gunna run the full Eibach Pro Kit. (Spings/Dampers)

good choice, congrats!!!! as least someone took advantage of that good ass deal. good choice on the suspension kit. they work hand on hand. A lot of shops recommend using Pro Plus Kit. Let us know when u have everything on.
