Just about everything is different...engine, body, etc,etc. Are you looking for specifics? 1st gen came with a 2.2L or 3.0L engine, 2nd gen only came with a 3.2L engine in two forms, type S or type "P" which is the base engine. There are way too many differences between the two generations to deal with in a forum. IF you have a specific question then someone might be able to help you...
