19's back on & Springs/Struts installed
Well after a long, harsh winter on steelies & winter tires I finally put my 19's back on. Last Friday at the same time I had my H&R Sports & Tokico Illumina's installed. So far it has dropped 1.75" front, and 1.5" in the back. Ride is nearly as smooth as stock on the '3' setting, and is definitely firmer than stock at '5'. I think I'm gonna leave it at '5' because it still isnt harsh or kidney pounding at all, but it gets rid of just about ALL significant bodyroll and pitch. I cant believe how much smoother my shifts are now that I dont have that HUGE weight transfer back & forth.
Anyways, here's some pice I'll stop blabbering.
Anyone else polish the inside of their wheels?
BTW I paid $200 to get the stuff installed, $127 for the springs (NIB, hellacious deal) and $365 for the struts (ebay).

Don't Mess With Texas
twist the top of the shock. its that easy. the rears are a bitch kinda unless you cut a small hole in the rear deck
PS: your car looks really nice man. the ABP looks awesome with chrome

Thanks guys, I appreciate the positive feedback. I am so glad now that I have it done, and it was 100% the drop I wanted. Not too low, but also got rid of most of the annoying wheelgap.
With the Illumina's there is a 5 position tab on the top of the struts that you turn until it clicks into the next position. The fronts are easy of course due to being right out in the open, but I wouldnt suggest cutting the rear deck to adjust the rears. It literally took me 5 minutes to remove the rear seat, and there is enough room between the strut top and the rear deck to slip a small screwdriver & adjust the setting.

After I get my other ones done, I might have an extra set you can try it on if you were interested. Once I get my second set done, I won't need the originals anymore.
