Mysterious Mugen Mods
I've noticed that many of u guys have got Mugen cooling mods in ur lists of many performance parts. So I said, okay let's look this up cos I want in on some of that.
But after quite a bit of searching i've only found articles on the racing history of this parts maker - or maybe I didn't search for weeks instead of days as I did.
Anyways, I know that u guys know about the different parts and prices for different sites which sell Mugen. So please let me know what u know or think about this and other makers of similar parts!

All right.
I don't see anything for the CL. There are parts for thr TL but they are not for for engine, intake or exhaust. Not even AV6 parts, unless the CL uses some other V6's parts. Which one, I don't know. Any other sites?

thinjim what do each of those do, not overall, but as far as upgrades. seems like al FI guys have them, which would help to cool off the extra heat caused by the FI-correct?! and i will be contacting you and mike about the 3.5 soon-just torn between the turbo and S/C

Opens the thermostat at 180 degrees instead of 220 degrees (??) with the stock thermostat. Fan switch comes on at the same time as the thermostat opens. The radiator cap just looks cool ![Big Grin](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Lowering the temps will improve performance by running the engine cooler and reducing the timing pulled by the ECU due to elevated temps.

Also, it's $130 as you really don't need the radiator cap.
