OH BTW, don't forget to make sure the gasket lines up correctly when installing the new one. There's a little rubber tab that needs to fit properly in the engine block or you will have a small leak . . .

I do not advise you use the MUGEN gasket that comes with it.. I recommend you take the gasket off of your stock piece and put it on the Mugen Thermostat... the rubber gaskets are different!!!!!

So for $114 if I dont go with the radiator I am looking at somewhere between 6 hp and 7lb torque if I have CAI and headers?

so if I'm correct, is this mod more about not losing hp and being able to keep the power consistent rather than actual gaining hp? Either one is great but I'm just making sure

while we're on the subject of cooling, what type of aftermarket hoses do you guys recommend? It's gettin hot in CA 90 degree temps. Wanna replace my stock hoses. Can anyone fill me in?

Dont have pics but very easy to explain .. There are two hoses coming out of your radiator. The lower hose goes right to the thermostat housing. You'll need to take off the top plastic engine cover to see it best. Its right below the throttle body. You'll see a big brass nut sticking out of the top with a harness connected to it. That brass nut is actually the fan switch. If you still can't find it I can go out and take pics but just follow the hose right to it, you can't miss it.
