Aaah so this is what you were talking about Evan, hey hit me up if you find pics of my Accord on the TSX forums. I know when I did mine and got 252 on a dynojet the guy leaned it out a bit much and as a result the ECU was retarding timing a little. Ill get another dyno one of these days, this time with bigger brakes.
So far I got:
UR crank pulley
AEM CAI
Comptech headers
straight pipe>2.5" piping>(2) Cherry Bomb glass packs> HKS Superdragger axleback.
ported/poished IM top and bottom
Id say your A/F is a little low, I think 13.0-13.5 is best for NA.

Its not "failed" he just likes leaving it open the whole time.
I actually did drop by Aasco, and im quite impressed. Got pics that i'll post up later, they actually had one of our flywheels right there on the table and more being built. Talked with Vincent I believe was his name for almost an hour or should I say listened.
I found out that Aasco makes pretty much every other companies flywheel for them including clutchmasters however not Fidanzas and no longer for UR but due to private labeling laws they will naturally deny this. Their Porsches will be racing at the Long Beach Toyota Grand Prix preview is today too if I remember correctly.
Flywheel specs:
13.0lbs (weighed it right there)
stock: 33-34lbs (good estimate from Vincent's memory)
(almost a third of the weight)
Specs:
425hp 3.8 NA motor
9000rpm redline
Powerband 6K-8200rpm
Engine: $45000
engine service life: 40hrs
Operation costs: $5000 a day

I'll get some pics up later the shop said they would do the work for $200 actually took a couple of hours to do, so it makes sense, parts and labor combined (piping and new flex pipe).
Right now the cat has one flange on it to allow for the removal of the j-pipe, and welded on the otherside, i'll add another flange to it to put in a test pipe after my smog check if anything just to try it out and see if Evan is right about the cat. Now I can confidently say the cat is probably the most restrictive part of the exhaust since everything else is 2.5" or splits into 2.25" at the axleback.

Cut the flanges off, you know how it narows down to the flange well, we just went up to where it would be 2.5", so we cut the bottle neck off and cut closer to the actual cat material, so we made it shorter.
Ill try it straight piped after smog and see if it changes performance.
