I've looked at the application instructions on the Zaino website http://www.zainobros.com/files/application.htm

My question is when I want to add more coats of Z-2 or Z-5 do I have to lay down a layer of Z-1 (polish lok) before I do the Z-2 or Z-5?

does it go:
Z-1
Z-5 or Z-2 (1st coat)
Z-5 or Z-2 (2nd coat)
Z-5 or Z-2 (3rd coat)
------------------------------------------
or does it go:
Z-1
Z-5 or Z-2(1st coat)
Z-1
Z-5 or Z-2(2nd coat)
Z-1
Z-5 or Z-2(3rd coat)

 

NO… Z-1 is only required before the initial coat or once a year if I remember correctly.

I use ZFX exclusively now so there is no need for Z-1.
