You want to go to the track, where do you

... unload the stuff in your CLS, at the track? where do you keep them?
At home? is it safe to drive 2x40 miles with no tools, no jack, no spare?

If you go with a group, typically everyone will unload their spares, seats, jacks etc, and put them in a big pile in the parking lot. EVERYONE does this and I've never once heard of anyone's spare tire being stolen. Speakers boxes and what not I would leave at home unless you have someone to watch it while you are making your runs.
