I talked to the guy at Discount Tire last night when they mounted my new rims. I assumed that because these tires are asymetrical they were also directional, they are not directional and I finally see what you were talking about.
In other news, my new rims are tight and lighter than the old ones
ok people I figured I would chime in as well. I have had these tires for over a year now. THEY ARE NOT UNIDIRECTIONAL. Take it from the people that actually have these tires. THey are all identical. From the wild pattern it looks as though they would be directional tires but they are not. You can switch them in any combination you feel like. THey will always look like they are backwards on one side.
