That’s right by the Observatory right?
If it is, I’ve been there as well.

Is that a car or a CARtoon? Too far over the top for me. Can you see the classy Italian influence... NOT!

Perhaps they know their market. Certainly no one with decent income earning potential would want to be seen in such an ugly thing. Matchbox styling for those who can afford them.

It's just too bad that these misguided Hyundai folks can't style a car to save their life. The second gen was a definite improvement over the first, but this one... why repeat myself.

Certain details are OK: the wheels are fine; the overall shape isn't too bad but the belt line is too high; the lights and grille are a complete abomination; there's an extra bump in the profile near the rear spoiler that looks awkward; shaved door handles, or is this a proto.

The HCD8 with its supercharged 2.7-liter V6 engine, 6-speed manual transaxle and tuned dual exhaust provides performance to match its styling. For real world driving, the driver can adjust the ride height a total of four inches through the air suspension. The vehicle can sit low for high-speed touring or can be raised to handle inclement weather, avoid parking wheel stops, handle a car wash or any other situation where additional ground clearance is needed.

The HCD8 also features state-of-art lighting. The LPI-supplied optics use Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology from Osram Opto Semiconductor to illustrate how future automotive lighting systems will work. The LED lights burn brighter, and are more energy efficient than current lighting systems. In addition, they are expected to last for the life of the vehicle. Unlike incandescent bulbs, LED lighting performance does not deteriorate during its life.

Probably not being as though Hyundai's U.S. market couldn't bear to compete with the brand recognition of similiar sports coupes.

BTW. I would love to have a Tiburon. I think it is a very nice looking vehicle inside and out.

Has anyone seen a Tuscani? It is a Tiburon with aftermarket effects. Not a single Hyundai badge on it.

hyundai compete's in WRC....so obviously they have the means to make a cool fast car. They are really coming along. Give them some credit for coming from a real turd of a car to what they have now. I like this car and I would assume beinga hyundai, it will undercut competition. If this car has a block built for boost, and 2.7 liters, think of the possibilities. The S4 has the same displacement and can make 500 whp with twin turbo setups. I don't know how much space there is to play around with under the hood, but there is some nice potential there if one can push enough air and cool it.

Damn, that white one changed my mind in a matter of seconds. I was just about to write how I didn't like it when I saw it in white. Not bad at all! Still don't like the front all that much but still nice overall.
