Xenon Question
I just went back from my friend's house and after I got home I notice one of my lights is less bright than the other one. After that I went outside of the car and the right light is white but the left one is yellow. Have anyone seen this kind of problem before ??
what should I do ? replace the bulb ? or probably something else..... ??
what is the difference between Xenon and regular lights ???
anyone ?

i remember someone mentioning this before... you should just probably get it checked by the dealer... if there's something wrong i'm sure it will be replaced under warranty

I had the same problem before, when i fire up my lights the other side looks like a regular halogen bulb, but the other side it's blue. What i did is turn the headlights off then start the engine, and then i turned it on again this time i let sit for about ten minutes. Then i turned off again and wait for 10 minutes then on again. After that it was normal again, and that was like 3 weeks ago . Now the lights are doing ok after that incident, but still if it happens again i will go to the dealer and get it fixed...

I've never had that problem, but I have noticed that when I turn my car on for the first time in a while, the lamps look alot more blue that they do 10 minutes down the road...its that because they lose some blue tint? or are my eyes just getting used to the HID output?

I notice that too. The lights look really blue when you first turn them on but not so much later on. I think it's partly because our eyes do get used to the light. It's when your in traffic next to cars with halogen lights that you notice the blue again.

Yeah, You should go tot he dealer and have them check out your "ballast" and the HID bulb itself. Sometimes the "fire" time of the system is slower due to these things.

I just had the same problem with my Type S. Except my drivers headlight after about a week of this would not even come on. At first it flickered for a while then came on, then it would not come on at all.
The dealer said it was the inginator that was going out. So they replaced teh inginator and the bulb under warr.
