you reserve the right to fuck that lil boy up...seriously. If your mom's aunt(how old is she to have an 11 year old kid) says you can't prove he did it, I'd wait til everyone is inside and scratch up her car and see how she feels about the same shit happening to her. That shit aint cool.

no sense in getting crazy with family.... but when you mess with a man's car, justice must be served.

Speak to your Aunt and explain the situation... tell her you will take the car for a few estimates and get her the lowest cost to get the work done...

fuck that...your aunt must know that Jake is a little hellraiser, and shouldn't have any problem paying to fix whatever can't be buffed out. If she fights you on it then, go ahead and stay mad, and light her car on fire. A liitle bit of arson goes a long way with blowing off some steam.

take it easy... it is just a car.

The scratches don't even look deep. Take it to a professional though (not doubting your abilities, but they may have better resources).

looks like he rode his bike too close..handle bar end scratches... about 20 times. Christ... 11 years old, that's old enough to know better. Doesn't take much to wreck our paint, a cat on my hood did the same damage.

I used to visit a friend who lived in a real ghetto apt. complex. Serious white trash and I think everyone there had about 8 kids each. These kids had no concept of nice cars and the respect of other peoples property. So I spotted the two kids that appeared to be running the show within this little community. I paid them 5 bucks each at the beginning of the weekend and told them do not let anyone touch the car. I told them If they did a good job they would get another 5 bucks at the end of the weekend. Worked like a charm... They were ready to kill anyone that came within 6 feet of it.......

Why does our paint scratch so easily? For what the car costs you would figure that they could put on some scratch resistant paint.

Family or no family, I'd be pissed. Accident is one thing, but that looks like it was done with malicious intent. Just because someone doesn't care about there car doesn't mean they shouldn't respect the wishes of those that do (responding to your mom's comment). That kid deserves a beating, if it indeed was him. Take him to the park...I hear a lot of "accidents" happen there!

parents should take responsibility for their little fuckers. if my kid ruined some persons paintjob, you know who would be paying for it?

me!

you know why? b/c i value someone who appreciates nice things and if my offspring damaged it, they are my responsibility

This kid sounds like a little spoiled brat. Also sounds like you'll never see a dime from his mother. Is your aunt the type of person that just doesn't appreciate anything?

...just a car.. HA!

give your mom the investment angle (which is true) Is that, if you go to sell this today you will get less money and have difficulty selling it becuase of the scratches. Also, if you know that I am that obsessive with my car you should understand why i feel the way i do. I dont go runnin around ruining the house etc. It's just a house.

edit: and it goes beyond "just car thing" the kid obviously has learnt how to respect someone elses property...today its just my car but tomarrow what if he goes around trashing other things.

For Mom: It's hard to teach an old dog new tricks....

As for the spoiled brat: If you DON'T know any better, what's the point ?

Parents teach their children or do they ?????????????????????????????

He get's our point !

P.S. I would teach that kid some new tricks !
