First off, I assume you mean GS430, right? Second off, that's pretty old news. The GS430 was offered with the supercharger and other performance packages right from its introduction. I believe it's part of the Stillen package that also offers suspension upgrades as well. It is expensive as hell and personally I owuld buy a used GS400 over the 430 any day because there is no sportshift in the 430 and it must really suck to not be able to hold a gear while cornering, supercharged or not.

Woops--I just got that link to work and it is an IS! Good lord, how in the owrld diud they stick that 430 engine in there? I thought there was barely enough room in there for the 3 liter.

I read about it in Autoweek this morning at the dealer. Wow, 4.3 liter supercharged - 396hp, height adjustable suspension, 19" wheels. Now for the price $$$$$$$$$$.

Yeah it's killa but it will not be brought here. The IS supercharger will be offered here in May 2002, good for 305 hp and more suspension work, should be just as killa.

wow... thats actually kinda weak if the CL/TL will be pushing 295hp n/a from factory.

It looks like a company did an engine swap to an is 300. At first i thought lexus made it but it is made by some other company so lexes still gets no respect. :P It also looks like a concept car and with no price or parts list it looks like it was just a one time thing that will never make production. Lexus would never release a car like that so someone else has to do it. And the people a that forum are a bunch of rich snobs that act all cool and think they can race there is 300. Sorry if this makes anyone mad but i am just trying to get the facts out to everyone before this gets out of hand with people start saying its the best car in the world.

uhhh soopa what is weak are the trannies in the cl/tl (fact). If they can barely handle an AUTO 260hp, will they handle 295 hp. Besides, we are both talking speculation (295 hp/305hp).So please no IS 300 bashing okay.
