I notice the name of the company is D+D Mobile dyno, maybe it's for Dumb and Dumber.

Looking at it, I'd guess that they only chained the rear of the car and not the front and when dynoing the car the front wheels weren't straight and it ran off the platform.

Mostly basing that on the second pic, but that's probably a fairly accurate guess.
