I would certainly buy an Acura again, my 97 CL and my current CL have been excellent cars. Having had only American cars before, I believe some people are nit-picking a little too much about their cars. EVERY car has some shortfalls, but for the price, Acuras are great vehicles. I looked seriously at a 325 or 330, but was very unimpressed with the interior (dated) and the price for a simularly equiped car. Like-wise, the BMW dealer seemed to look down on a just a "3-series" customer. Sure the rear wheel drive is nice, but I don't have to weave through orange cones on my way to work.

No trany problems, no rattles, and uniqueness (pdg) in a sea of clones.

Acura is still value for the money. You're never going to get a perfect car. Look through the classifieds and see how few Acuras are for sale. I don't like their model year introductions like coming out with '03 in Mar/Apr 2002 already!! Service can learn a few things from Lexus. Anytime I'm in the market for a car, I always see what comparable car Acura has to offer. I'm most satisfied with the reliability of Honda/Acura as a whole. Couldn't find another car for $23,000 comparable to my used CL-S!

No, next time its Lexus or Infiniti.
The CL-S is great value for the money. A great commuter car.
Would be better if it was de-rattle-able.

My friend's old old RL, made in Japan, beats it for quality, fit and finish. But not style !

I won't. The build quality on my older teg was much much better.
I am thinking either Lexus or BMW, most likely the Lex.
I may keep the CLS for a winter beater though.

i don't think so

i had a 97 integ that had been through 2 major accidents, its auto tranny survived longer than my cl which i drive like a grandpa most of the time. and i neutral dropped, brake torqued, etc. alot (back when i was young and dumb). i doubt my 2nd tranny will last after the warranty is up.

if i ever purchase a honda again, it's gonna be an si or s2k..otherwise it's a lexus or a benz

I've started driving and my first 2 cars have been Acuras. I've test-driven a lot of other cars. Everything from Jettas to the new Camrys(although the Cams do kick a$$), and I still wanted an Ack!
I had a '91 Teg and now I got a '98 CL and love 'em both

I'm sorry, I'm a pitiful Acura addict:shakehd:
