would a CT exhaust of a TL-P fit a CL-S wiht no probs/mods?

 

It should be fine. Comptech's website says "For Years: 99-03 including TL Type-S", so you should be OK.

 

Juniorbean are you sure. I thought I remembered reading somewhere that the CL exhaust was a different bend?

I rememeber that this came up a while ago... and my box said 99+ CL/TL and someone else's.... possibly yours, said different.

Considering that the exhausts are Axle-back, they should be very similar across the board, but the best bet would be to actually call Comptech directly to verify....

 

The tips from a TL are longer than those for a CL. This is a verified fact.

 

Ok...I went out to the garage and checked. My box says "for axleback 2001 Acura CL Type S."
