I'll be the first one to say it.....


I saw a new '04 TL at lunch. I was with my boss and didn't have a camera though. It was a nice greyish green color. Looked exactly like the show car. THe flared fenders are really cool. The front badge was covered with electrical tape and it had manufacturer's plates on it.

I thought it was cool. Little more chunky. The grill and headlights are very similar to the TSX. The sides sort of remind me of a V8 Audi A6 with the flares. The flared fenders are very cool. My boss thought I was retarded. I started yelling Look at that!! and telling him I wanted to get a picture of it. He understood once I explained it was a disguised pre-production car.

BTW, I just left my acura dealer and the service tech said the Acura rep was just there. Apparently the rep said that the pics you find on the internet of the '04 TL are close/correct, so the pics posted previously on acura-tl.com should be accurate.

Kind of cool seeing it disguised with the electrical tape. Damn I wish I would have had my friggin' camera!
