Wiring burnt to the fuse box

Wiring burnt to the fuse box

Need some advice on my 03 Acura CL Type S. My car being acting weird lately and I decided look around for anything that would be out place which i did under my fuse box. What should I do?

if you just replace it, there is a good chance it will just do it again. are the wrong fuses in the box? (30 amp in a 10 amp slot) or possibly a wire with the insulation stripped around it?

That doesn't look burnt to me, that looks like old dielectric grease. What sort of weird issues are you having?
