Winter Mats

Did anyone get a chance to use the winter mats? Mine are still in storage and it doesn't look like I'll need them anytime soon (knock on wood). 50s tomorrow.

I just threw mine in last night for the first time this season.
We got about 6” of snow Saturday night and the roads were still a bit messy today.

I had them in for about 3-months last season and they worked great.

Snow tires are still up on the shelf in the garage though.
Haven’t needed them yet this year.

Hell, I've had mine in my car in "sunny" Northern California for over a month, and I'll probably keep 'em in until April.

They're great!

If you ever drive in snowy area or heay rain winter mats re the bomb.... Just remove them wash them, wait till they dry up and like new again....

No stain, and after 18 months of heavy use they are just fine...

Plus if you get in the car with snow or water on your boots it just sits on the rubber mats instead of absorbing into the carpet.
And where I work they spread granulated salt all over the parking lot in the winter.
That’s not something you want on PARCHMENT colored mats.

Do you guys have the Acura ones or aftermarket ones? Any comments on the ones from Acura? I'll probably get some all-weather mats soon.

I have aftermarket ones. They do the job pretty good. My regular mats still look brand new.

Forgot to ask. Which aftermarket ones do you recommend? Do they come in a color that would match my parchment interior? Thanks guys

I bought my mats from Pep Boys, the extra durable strength ones. I paid 20 bucks for 4 mats. They do the job really good! I got mine in charcoal gray that would match my black mats. They have clear ones over there that would match the parchment.

What he said. The only difference is i keep the passenger mat in the trunk and only pop it in when i have a passenger. This way i can look over at my nice, clean parchment mat most of the time.

I have Acura OEM ones.
I think they were like 40 bucks.
