Dumb answer for a dumb question 
But heay it works....
1)Turn wipers on
2)fire up your engine
3)While the wipers are doing their thing, kill your engine
Okay, do not do it literally, get the idea

Just turn the key to the “ON” position, when the wipers are fully to the left, turn the key “OFF”.
