Planning on doing a 6-speed CL-S engine + tranny swap into my 6th gen AV6. I know someone that has a 5AT CL-S which I can use some parts from. I want to know if the 5AT CL-S starter will work with the 6MT CL-S engine + tranny?

Also will the 5AT engine wiring harness work? Lastly, I'm looking for 6MT CL-S ECU also.

I cant imagine that the auto starter would fit the Manual. But you might try looking up the part number on one of the auto parts sites for both auto and manual. If the part number is the same, you are in...if not...it probably will not fit.

nope the auto tranys starter will not fit, but I do believe the 7g accord one will work
