This is tragic...as a divorcee (due to infedelity), I feel very sorry for her. But now she made a huge mistake and both lives are ruined. However what's the most tragic is, according to the article, it sounds like the 16 year old stepdaughter was in the car when it happened. Did she just watch her father get murdered?

IMO, there is no sudden passion in this case. Not premeditated but she already knew about the affair. But this is Texas, so I guess anything goes. They could be frying her in under 10 years.

anyways, we just got done talking about this in our class. Apparently, she is trying to plea innocent, but she ran over him....again...and again....and again..

she would run over him, back up, run over him, then back up again. Now that is FUCKED up. I dont think she can win this case. Remember, people always try to plea insanity and what not, but they rarely ever get it.

 

Alright Dr. Nashua. Maybe so...but it's what the defense can convince the jury what happened. I believe she is guilty, too. But I have a feeling that since she was a VICTIM herself, you and I will live to see the day she walks on the streets again.

If the defense atty did his job, there's gotta be a few [women] on that jury who believe that HE caused his own death.
