Wierd Trunk Shortcoming ...

Well - I tried something that seemed simple today. I put somthing in my trunk that was slightly taller than the trunk space so the trunk door would not close all the way.

I said - no worries - I will just tie it down. Hmmmm - there is NOTHING on the trunk door to tie it down to that I could see...what gives Acura? Usually function is #1 and Acura does not miss a beat ... not this time.

Later...

I guess they want you to buy an MDX if you need to haul big stuff like that around.

The back seat do not fold either. You would find that strange in $30k+ car. What about that the max payload for CL is just 750lb.

Do not like it..... rent a truck.

Bare Bone Stock Type-S. Plenty of accessories. PIAA 19169 to be installed soon.

Yeah - being able to put down the seat would have worked like a champ in this case. Oh well - next time I guess we take the wife's Odyssey van

I solved that problem - I just took a length of rope and lashed it around the spoiler and pulled it real tight...I think I bent the spoiler but that's okay - I bought this car for practicality and hauling stuff!

(I guess I should have bought an old maroon jetta instead!)

LOL!
