Why no VSA or TCS on 6MT?

I was wondering why Honda decided to drop the Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) and Traction Control System (TCS) on the CL type-S 6MT? Are these important safety features that were dropped for a couple of pounds (in which case, I'd rather eat fewer burgers), or does the HLSD do essentially the same thing?

Comments?

The 6MT has a Limited-Slip Differential, so it doesn't need TCS. VSA must have been to expensive or complicated to add to the 6MT. *shrug*

VSA wasn't added because the combination between VSA and HLSD would cause problems.

Dropped VSA because it is not worth the powder to blow it to hell? Sorry, having service problems with my VSA.

because true sports car enthusiasts (those most likely to buy a 6MT) don't need that crap yeah, and plus with LSD you don't need it...
