Why no VSA or TCS on 6MT?

Why no VSA or TCS on 6MT?
I was wondering why Honda decided to drop the Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) and Traction Control System (TCS) on the CL type-S 6MT? 
Are these important safety features that were dropped for a couple of pounds (in which case, I'd rather eat fewer burgers), or does the HLSD do essentially the same thing?

yeah, and plus with LSD you don't need it...
