On my way to work last Sunday I started to pass a rather large Caddy Sedan (about 2004 model year Deville) who was going rather slow in the right lane so I signal and move to the left lane. This guy just stonps on the gas?!?! I'm like well OK and we get stopped at the next light........So I decide to just flat out step on it from the light..........he tried to keep up but i got the better of him. I pulled on him by the end of first and by the time second was over he gave up...........

I did not want to race him and he must have gotten the "I'm not going to let you get in front of me"

Oh well...........

 

Everyday this happens to me too!

 

Its a perty car everyone wants to see what it can do, I get it on a daily basis and then when they hear my loud ass intake they usually back off.

 

This is how things go down, people like to test you all the time. Life is a constant proving ground, be prepared!

i bent my rim eating a towncar that tried to pass me on the right in a one lane(i absolutely hate that).......


btw,i'm one of those people,if you pulled next to me i'm gonna try to play......

 

I was not pulling next to him, I was going around him becuase he was driving too slow

 

even better,then you bit the bait and took it. some people do that too these little civics do the same here, drive slow,then you go around to pass and all you see is a intercooler and hear psssst, as he blows past you.at least you got a kill...........

 

...there are a number of motorist that have appointed themselves as the pace car for public roads. I have confronted a number of drivers who will drive inordinately slow in the left lane of highways and then speed up when I try to (and usually do) pass them. I usually look them square in the eye as I pass and slowly shake my head.

Some schmuck in a Honda CR-V tried that while I was driving my Murano on 287 (NJ) this past Summer....... no contest!!! CRV
