Exclamation Who wants a CLS 6MT w/ Navi in DFW area?

I was working on ad eal with a guy and we had agreed on $20750 for his Black on Black 6MT w/ Navi. About 31K miles. It had a few scuffs and dings on the doors from ppl being inconsiderate but otherwise reallyw ell cared for. I told him about the forum but he hasn't come on to advertise yet. Anyways I thought it was a great price and someone on here surely wants to pick this up. I've got his e-mail if anyone wants it. Just PM me.

Mods: Smitty told me this wouldn't belong in Black Market so I figured I'd throw it on in this forum. Could you move it for me if I'm in hte wrong place agian?

That's what I was going to ask... I know that civic4982 has been looking for another 6spd for awhile. Seems like 21K for a 31K mile 6spd w/ navi is priced about right.

Was it the wrong Color (since you've already owned a black one) ??

and yeah, if I was gonna get into another CLS 6MT w/ Navi it'd have to be an Anthracite one. The black was just so hard to maintain.

really? no one is interested? This is a great deal in my opinion. I know lots of you have been looking for a low mileage (pronounced still in warranty) CLS 6MT w/ navi

I test drove a G35 6MT again this weekend. Love the looks but not the car for me. I enjoy my CLS ride, so much more refined quality and comfort. The G35 is an overpriced boy racer with great looks but cheap uncomfortable interior IMO.
Love my CLS 6MT even more.

Yeah, the interior doesn't do it for me either, but the G35C 6MT still intrigues me...

It's RWD, and if you order it w/o the prefered package ($2400), it won't have a sunroof (lower cg, lighter weight)...

Resale value is the best in it's class, heck, the coupe has been better then the sedan which is unheard off (I've been browsing the G forums )

If it only had a better interior and was available in Daytona blue

For the prices they were wanting I'd go German. It felt cheap to me, too rough around the edges. did I say cheap plastics. The new one will be out in 2 years.

I felt that way about the older '03-04 G35 but the new interior (though not as nice as the new TL) gives the 2nd gen CL a run for it's money. As for overpriced I suppose that's relative. I don't think it's overpriced. At $35,800 I'm getting a 298 HP/280 ft-lb luxurious 2+2 RWD sport coupe with navigation and all the trimming including some great 12.x" brakes, an LSD, and 19" forged wheels and a sport suspension that doesn't leave all that much to be desired in the aftermarket for street use. My stock CL Type S engine/suspension/FWD however fun left much to be desired. The suspension in the Acura CL Type-S was definitely in need of some good aftermarket replacements or additions though I still love the looks on the CL (and the perks of having a large trunk).

You should check out the new '05 G35. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how far they've come on the interior from the intial models. I do wish however that the Coupe gave the great Intelligent key feature as the G35 Sedan is getting .

He seems like a really nice guy and if a CLS is what you're looking for this is the place to get one for a good price.

Yes, the 05 interior is better then the 04.
They went from early 80’s design all the way up to almost 1990.

That's what I drove, an 05 G 6MT. All they did was put some aluminum on the console and move that silly oval clock into the upper display. The overall layout and design is still low-rent. They had one on the lot at like $38k.
It's still one of my favorite looking coupes on the outside.

Sorry I shouldn't have egged this topic on any further. I'll go ahead and do a quick wrap up before it gets out of hand and we'll get back to the topic of the thread which is a wonderful CLS, black on black w/ Navi at 32K miles for $20750 here in the DFW area...

CLS guys : G35 interior is suXor and overpriced...
Me: G35 is l33t...

That takes care of that. Back on the subject at hand.
