They arent illiegal, at least here in Miami they arent. As long as you have an orange bulb you should be ok. But here in Miami cops dont even care, if you have all blue they dont mind even the slightest

Just curious, are these your experimental set of head lights? Is it sealed correctly so it won't fog? Are there any cracks or scrathes on the surface cause they are plastic? If everything is good what are you asking? email me

I was going to do it last week but havn't found the time to do it yet. I know it will take a good 5+ hours or so, but if the price is right and the product is good I will buy.
