saw a silver cl going south bound on 280 around 12:20. anyone from here?

he was already pulled over when i past him doing 80. it kinda looked like quicksilver's car but they all look the same.

Nope, it wasn't me. I got pulled over yesterday for front tint and no plates (back or front).
