My friend got a 2004 Solara last week. Which car u think would win in the 0-60, or the 1/4 mile? I think they match up very close,
but he has the torque advantage.

Toyota makes some decent engines though.

torque curve starts at less RPM in the solara.

my experience with most toyotas is they pull hard down low but run out of juice fast up high. i think he will stomp you in the begining and u will either catch up some and stay pretty even. if it was a cl-s i would say you'd catch up and pull ahead. either way i would bet $$$ the solara takes an early lead on either car.
