I hear this weird whistling (like belt slipping a bit maybe) and rattling noise when I start my car warm after about 10 minutes standing and turning A/C on right away. For some reason when the sound happens I can hear it's louder when I turn the wheels and give it just a bit of throttle. goes away after 30-60 seconds of driving. however I think I can still hear a bit of a rattling after which is barely noticeable however I know it was not there before. This is only with the A/C on.

Anyone with similar noises?

when im driving, i have a very small whistling noise coming from the vents when i have the AC on...i dont know if its that big of a deal...lol lets hope its not

With you living in Canada and all, what maint schedule do you follow, I bet it might have to do something with the climate there? Other than that I used to have a jeep XJ, anad when I turned either my AC or defrost on, it would make this harsh screatching noise!!! It was a belt for sure,if I remember correctly. Just my

Any noise you hear from the vents is normal. Whistling, hissing, ticking, etc.

If you hear squealing from the engine bay I'd say it's a belt or tensioner problem.
