Whistling noise above 60mph..

...Has anyone gotten a straight answer from Acura as to why the whistling noise is heard when the car is moving at 60mph +?? It becomes are noticeable at 80mph... If i didn't have the radio up i'd go nuts!!! *LOL*
...Someone a side mirror problem a long time ago, but not sure how that was resolved.. However, this noise is unbearable and my friend's '94 Plymouth Sundance is even quiet at 90mph.. Acura, who is whistling Dixie up in my ride?????

I don't seem to notice this - I do hear a loud YAAHHHHHOOOOOO! when I get above 100

Seriously, I once suggested to take electrical tape to the mirror to ensure that is the source of the problem - if so, then get some clear bra stuff for the mirrors and do them yourselves...

I had the same problem when I got my CL. When I had my springs put on it went away. Who knows...

If I ever had that problem, it went away the day I put my Subwoofers and AMP in the trunk.

what is this clear bra for the mirror?
and springs..Eibach or Comptech. with that being said should the rim size be increased as well? Seriously considering springs and sways, but don't know how much more of a difference it'll be.

yeah, put some electrical tape on the cracks in the side mirror. the part where it connects the mirror to the car. that should get rid of any whistling sound. i have a black car so right now, that electrical tape isn't too noticeable. i don't know what i'll do.......too lazy to take it to the dealer to get a new damn mirror!
