Yea, Ive gotta say this car is great for the highway. I beat the shit out of it in the city then keep it at 70-80 on the highway and Im averaging 26mpg. The highest I saw was just under 32mpg when I drove down to Charlotte and I was doing 75-90 with the AC on the whole way.

Oh nice! I'll give that a shot. Thanks!

Also I get pretty low mileage annually. I live less than 10 miles from where I work, so on average I get about 6k a year....

Meh my shift starts at either 5 AM or 7 AM depending on if I want to do overtime...so too early for me to be on a bike Especially in rush hour morning traffic.... ugh. Not to mention it's 10 miles by car, but would be more like 15+ by bike, since I'd have to take a slew of sidestreets (a few actually taking me in the opposite direction from my work) since no bikes anywhere near the highway or any roads that run parallel to it...

I did not want to believe it was true because of how of jellous i would be, so i looked at one of your old threads.. I'm still jelous of your miles though haha. I have 53,000 and i thought THAT was rare.....

If Rondog's car gets totaled, then i will probably have the lowest miles on a Black on Black 6-speed! Rondog you make me too jelous

Where do you go? That's lot of driving considering the distance around the world is about 24,000 miles.

It really isnt though. For awhile there I was averaging 1k miles a week. 30k in 7-8 months is more like 800 a week(very quick math btw). Its not totally unreasonable.

Ive managed to get my average down to about 600 a week now. I doubt I can go any lower though

Yeah I swear this is car is probably the most fun to drive, that I've encountered. Granted most of the cars I've driven have been other people's SUVs...

OR, if money allows it buy a 2-Door 6-Speed Acura Legend and use it as a beater. Its just like a 6sp CL just older. I like the look of them they remind me of older Skylines.

6 speed Legend...

As a beater??? Are you kidding? Those are not beater cars. If it were an auto 4 door, then yea, but a 6MT coupe is rare. And they handle very well. The design is timeless.

Obviously they look amazing and handle well, i was suggesting to use it as a beater because you can buy one next to nothing and by "beater" i just mean a daily driver to put miles on (Almost all of them have over 120k now anyway). I guess i used the wrong choice of words, i should have just said DD .
