where is power source for low beam

where is power source for low beam
hi guys,
i am trying to install piaa fog light on a 2003 cl. On the instruction it says to connect the "switch power wire" to the power source. I am not sure what power source is it talking about. is the power source the + wire that goes to the low beam, if so, you guys know which of the two wires that go to the low beam is the one i should connect the switch power wire to?? it seems like the two wires are of color "black" and "red-yellow". please help. thanks
