where to get an Intake?

I am wanting to buy the AEM CAI with a by pass valve. I was just wondering where to get one? At the dealer? and do they install it?
Thanks--

the bypass restricts all the air flow, as long as you dont go in 3 feet deep puddled or floods you'll be fine. i had to get some one to install my intake, it seemed pretty hard
