I've seen different techniques and intervals different from what Acura recommends posted here but there's no mention of changing the filter.

When does everyone change the filter, or do they change it at all?

 

There's an external filter that you can change with your fluid. I think it's like 16 dollars or something. There's also an internal non serviceable filter.

There's a thread on the TL side about it. Search and you will find.

 

I know there's a serviceable filter. The question was if people change it and when.

 

It's up to you. Some people don't change it at all, while some people change it every ATF change.

The dealership will never change it (unless you ask specifically) and it is not on the maintenance list, so you won't run into trouble if you choose not to change it.
